Essential Business Permits and Licenses are the following:
- Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Certificate for Corporation or Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Business Name Registration Certificate for single ownership/proprietorship or the One-Person Corporation Registration of SEC
- Mayor’s Permit/ Business Permit.
- Barangay Clearance.
- Bureau of Internal Revenue Certificate of Registration (COR) with Tax Identification Number (TIN). This is in accordance with Republic Act No. 7161
