Seedlings are almost a year old now with an average height of 12inches, which a transplantable size already. You are NOT being charge of growing the seedlings in our nursery. We are subsidizing the cost of growing for you.

Agarwood Company SEC Registration
Agarwood Production is a lucrative BUSINESS, to legitimately operate as a business enterprise you have to register your Agarwood Production company of whatever Agarwood related business activity at Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Registration of your company is online, quick and easy on this link. https://esparc.sec.gov.ph/application/name-verification. One Person Corporation from SEC is similar to that of DTIs’ single proprietorship. We have an option to register 2, 3, 4 or 5 persons as regular corporation.
We suggested to have it register with SEC for succession purposes. DTI Business Registration ended upon demise of the registered owner.
Sales Invoice in purchasing seedlings and the Local Transport Permit issued by PENRO or CENRO must be issued under the name of the Company.
Personal Name appearing on the Sales Invoice on purchase and Local Transport permit means YOU are not commercializing the trade of Agarwood. Registration is under Private Tree Plantation Registration (PTPR). In case you become interested of commercializing the seedlings, you have to register a Wildlife Culture Permit.
DENR Environment Management Bureau (EMB) Clearance
You have to prove legal ownership of Agricultural Plantation to use with DENR EMB Regional Office through submitting required documents online. You need to provide Site Development Plan (SDP) from a licensed Architect/Engineer for your Agarwood Production Project, Certified True Copy of your property. This is a one-time application without expiration and a requirement for an Application for the Wildlife Culture Permit (WCuP). Processing time is 6 months to 1-year.
- Certificate of Non-Coverage – Agricultural Plantation of Agarwood for LESS THAN a Hectare.
- Environmental Compliance Certificate – Agricultural plantation of Agarwood for MORE THAN a Hectare.
WCuP of R4A-Cavite (Aetherial Natural Oils Corp.)
This has been approved and for signing again, the first time to release last week but we protested some terms and conditions prompting for discussion and re-printing. we are waiting for the Signed and Approved original copy of the WCuP then for Transport Permit with PENRO.
Wildlife Culture Permit (WCuP) is the only way to commercialize the Production of Agarwood.

WCuP is the document needed to export your product and the issuance of CITES Export Permit in return.
Delivering or transferring of Agarwood Seedlings must always be accompanied by Local Transport Permit (LTP) and PhytoSanitary Certificate during the time of actual delivery/transfer whether the destination is on the next street or other regions.
Quarterly Report submission to DENR-LPDD (Licenses, Patents and Deeds Division) is a requirement for DENR monitoring purposes if permittee is following the terms and conditions of the Permit.
Local Transport Permit from PENRO/CENRO
Local Transport Permit Processing lead time is minimum of One-Week to maximum of 2-Weeks covering actual inspection of stock inventory in nursery every time we release seedlings from the nursery. Even for two (2) pieces seedlings. PENRO should be invited to inspect the same.
Phytosanitary Certificate is a requirement also before the issuance of Local Transport Permit.
Previously Delivered Seedlings
All seedlings delivered without the Local Transport Permit previously should start processing the documentary requirements mentioned above as we will be given an amnesty for a month before fully implementing the guidelines from the DENR. If we failed to register within the prescribed amnesty period, you cannot use the seedlings for commercialization. A month is not enough for this considering processing of EMB CNC/ECC alone is almost a year.
We started distributing seedlings since 2019, prior to the intervention of the DENR-BMB (Biodiversity Management Bureau) on year 2022 and this is the way of rectifying loop holes/gap in the procedures. We have proven with BMB that our seedlings are from legit source (importation).
Agarwood Contract Farming with Buy-Back Agreement
We are currently in the process of finalizing contracts with confirmed buyers for Agarwood chips in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.
To proceed, we require your registered company name and EMB-cleared plantation property. Kindly provide a copy of your registered Agarwood company documentation, including DENR-EMB CNC/ECC clearance, so we can send you the draft contract for review.
The Role of our Agriculture Cooperative in Agarwood Production
All coops were advised to start processing clearance from EMB to clear legal use of the property while waiting for the approval and issuance of WCuP of Aetherial Natural Oils Corp. (Region 4A).
All our cooperatives should have processed and approved Wildlife Cultured Permit before venturing in any of the following.
- Seedlings distribution will be the core business activity of all our coops. (No Mother Tree) DENR is not allowing delivery of seedlings without the WCuP and the local transport permit. processing is more than a year for the WCuP as we experienced.
- Distributor/Trader of any form of Agarwood (No Plantation).
- Services required/needed by members/growers are also business activity of coops.
- Growing and Farming Method Trainings
- Inoculation Method Trainings
- Harvesting Method for Chips.
- Reforestation project in the Area
All members of the coop should process Wildlife Culture Permit (WCuP) as Plantation Owner.
Dahil marami sa mga coop natin ang hindi pa nakapag start mag process ng EMB at WCuP na alam naman nating matagal ang approval, mas magandang diretso na sa member as plantation grower ang seedlings sa ngayon. mas Madali ito.
Si Region 2 last year pa yan nag apply sa EMB pero di pa rin marelease, same with Region 3.
