This new company, Crown Organic Feed Manufacturing Inc. (COFMI) is a spin-off of collaboration also with a State University in Central Luzon for the development of Organic Fertilizers and Pesticides for the exclusive use to Agarwood (Bari) Plantation.

Terms and Conditions:

• Target of Incorporation: First Quarter of year 2027
• Main Laboratory/Operation is in General Tinio, Nueva Ecija (Region 3).
• Deadline for accepting Share Capital Contribution is on December 31, 2026 on a first come, first serve basis.
• Will only accept Manager’s Check/Cashiers’ Check payable to Crown Organic Feed Manufacturing Inc. together with your Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Identification Documents (ID).
• Make yourself available in signing off the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporation documents.
• We are projecting to generate a total capital paid-up of Php 4 Million for the company to take-off from more or less Twenty (20) stockholders/incorporators (Agarwood Growers) with Two Hundred Thousand (Php 200,000.00) investment each.
