The Association helps you in selling Agarwood products. Will link you to the buyers in our database and guide you in the negotiation. To guide you all the way of complying legalities to cultivate, process and participate in global trade.

Preliminary requirements, we require our applicants to present the following documentation for membership:
  1. Membership Database Form (the same in ordering form)
  2. Private Tree Plantation Registration (PTPR ) used to be the Certificate of Tree Plantation Ownership (CTPO) as per RA 9147. To submit later on.
  3. BIR Certificate of Registration (COR) as per RA 7161. To submit later on.
  4. Compliance with Government Regulations and Business Permits (Mayors Permit, DTI, SEC, Barangay Clearance etc.). To submit later on.
Final approval for membership will be voted upon by the Board of Trustees.

Description

Agarwood Growers Association of the Philippines ( AGAP), Inc. is a non-stock and non-profit association that will serve as the central coordinating body for the development and the advancement of Agarwood industry in the Philippines.
AGAP serves as the self-regulatory forum in the industry to undertake and promote research for technological innovations, to ensure compliance to international quality standards, continued competitiveness in the global market, and to look after the welfare of all those involved in the industry.
