Crown Organic Fertilizers Inc. (COFI) is a spin-off company resulting from the collaboration between Central Luzon State University (CLSU) and the Agarwood Growers Association of the Philippines Incorporated (AGAP).
Committed to innovation and sustainability, COFI specializes in the development and distribution of organic fertilizers and pesticides, specifically designed to enhance Agarwood cultivation and production.
Terms and Conditions:
- Year to Establish: 2027 – 1st Quarter
- Laboratory Address: General Tinio, Nueva Ecija (Region 3)
- Brand Identity: “Sustaining Soil, Nourishing Growth”
- Share Capital Timeline: Will start accepting Share Capital Contribution from October 1 until December 31, 2026 on a first come, first served basis.
- Payment Method: Please issue Manager’s Check/Cashiers’ Check payable to Crown Organic Fertilizers, Inc. together with your Tax Identification Number (TIN) Card and Identification Documents (ID).
- Make yourself available in signing off the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporation documents.
- We are projecting to generate a total capital paid-up of Php 4 Million for the company to take-off from more or less Twenty (20) investors with Two Hundred Thousand (Php 200,000.00) investment each.
