In light of our shared commitment to scientific innovation, environmental sustainability, and the advancement of Philippine agarwood technologies, we respectfully submit this formal funding request to De La Salle University to further support our joint research initiative on the development of nano-based agarwood inoculants.
We are currently conducting field implementation of DLSU-formulated inoculant technologies at Aetherial’s plantation sites in Cavite. As the partnership progresses, further enhancement of these formulations—including nanoparticle-assisted delivery systems—requires additional research materials, specialized reagents, and precision tools.
In particular, we are seeking funding support to:
- Accelerate the refinement of nano-inoculant protocols, including micro- and nano-carrier systems
- Procure essential tools such as increment borers for non-destructive resin sampling and monitoring
- Expand collaborative field trials and data collection across multiple inoculation variants
