Secondary Purposes

To engage in the sourcing, cultivation, processing, importation, and exportation of raw plant materials, including agarwood, sandalwood, cinnamon, nutmeg, ylang-ylang, champaca, and other perfumery crops.
To conduct research, product development, and innovation in the field of natural fragrance formulation, aromatherapy, cosmeceuticals, and wellness products.
To establish and operate retail outlets, wellness shops, and e-commerce platforms for the sale of perfumes, essential oils, herbal products, and lifestyle goods.
To provide franchising, training, and consultancy services in natural perfumery, aromatherapy, and wellness product development.
To invest in, acquire, or operate extraction and distillation facilities such as supercritical CO₂ extraction, steam distillation, and green technology systems for natural oils.
To engage in importation, exportation, buying, selling, and distribution of raw materials, semi-processed extracts, and finished natural products.
To promote sustainable and ethical sourcing practices, including partnerships with local farmers, cooperatives, and agroforestry plantations.
To undertake branding, marketing, and international distribution of artisan fragrance and wellness products under proprietary brands such as Ethereal Scent.
To enter into partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures with individuals, corporations, cooperatives, research institutions, and government agencies for the advancement of natural oils and wellness industries.
To acquire, lease, mortgage, or sell real and personal properties, machinery, equipment, patents, trademarks, and intellectual property rights necessary or incidental to the conduct of its business.
