Crown Organogenesis Protocols Inc. (COPI) is a spin-off company established through the collaboration of Cavite State University (CvSU) and the Agarwood Growers Association of the Philippines Inc. (AGAP). It is dedicated to the development and advancement of organogenesis protocols for the efficient propagation of high-value perfumery crops, ensuring sustainable and high-quality plant production for the fragrance industry.

- Share Capital Timeline: Will start accepting Share Capital Contribution from October 1 until December 31, 2025 on a first come, first served basis.
- Payment Method: Please issue Manager’s Check/Cashiers’ Check payable to Crown Organogenesis Protocols Inc. together with your Tax Identification Number (TIN) Card and Identification Documents (ID).
- Make yourself available in signing off the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporation documents.
- We are projecting to generate a total capital paid-up of Php 3 Million for the company to take-off from more or less Fifteen (15) stockholders/incorporators (Agarwood Growers) with Two Hundred Thousand (Php 200,000.00) investment each.
Business Activity: Developing organogenesis protocols for micropropagation of Perfumery Crops like Agarwood and Sandalwood involves optimizing tissue culture techniques to achieve high-efficiency shoot and root regeneration.
Future Expansion Project: Micropropagation laboratories expansion on strategic regions to meet the demand on a quality planting materials.
