- Share Capital Timeline: Will start accepting Share Capital Contribution from October 1 until December 31, 2027 on a first come, first served basis.
- Payment Method: Please issue Manager’s Check/Cashiers’ Check payable to Crown Agroforestry Plantations Inc. together with your Tax Identification Number (TIN) Card and Identification Documents (ID).
- Make yourself available in signing off the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporation documents.
- We are projecting to generate a total capital paid-up of Php 5 Million for the company to take-off from more or less Twenty (20) stockholders/incorporators with Two Hundred Thousand (Php 250,000.00) investment each.
