1. INVESTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Purpose of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Investor shall invest in the Agarwood plantation managed by the Company, including plantation management, harvesting, and revenue distribution.

- The Company shall be responsible for harvesting, processing, and selling Agarwood oil, chips, and other derivatives.

2.3 Reporting & Transparency

6. TERMINATION & EXIT STRATEGY
