Technical Data Sheet

BarIno™ FusaTrinity™

Dual-Action Resin Induction Inoculant with Fusarium oxysporum & Manganese Dioxide

1. Product Overview

BarIno™ FusaTrinity™ is an innovative dual-action inoculant designed to accelerate agarwood resin formation in Aquilaria species. This advanced formulation combines the natural fungal action of Fusarium oxysporum with the catalytic power of Manganese Dioxide (MnO₂), both of which work in synergy to enhance resin production, improve aromatic qualities, and accelerate the maturation process. The result is premium-quality agarwood resin that is dense, dark, and rich in fragrance.

2. Composition

ComponentConcentrationFunction
Fusarium oxysporum StrainProprietaryPrimary fungal strain for inducing controlled microbial wounding and resin production
Manganese Dioxide (MnO₂)ProprietaryCatalyzes the enzymatic breakdown of wood and enhances resin formation
Carrier MaterialBalanceFacilitates even distribution and promotes tree absorption of the inoculant

3. Mode of Action

  • Fusarium oxysporum: The Fusarium strain works by causing controlled microbial wounding of the tree tissues. This natural stress induces the tree’s defensive response, triggering the production of agarwood resin as a protective measure.
  • Manganese Dioxide (MnO₂): The MnO₂ acts as a catalyst in the breakdown of lignin and cellulose in the wood, promoting the release of resin precursors. This synergistic action accelerates resin accumulation and enhances the overall resin quality by improving the concentration of fragrance-rich compounds.
  • Dual Action Synergy: The combination of Fusarium oxysporum and MnO₂ creates a robust and effective system for inducing rapid resin formation while maintaining tree health and vitality.

4. Application Guidelines

ParameterSpecification
Target TreesAquilaria spp., Gyrinops spp.
Application MethodDrill small holes (2–5 mm diameter) at a 30–45° angle around the trunk or branches. Inject 5–10 mL of FusaTrinity™ solution per hole.
Volume per Injection5–10 mL per hole
Injection Spacing15–25 cm apart depending on tree size
Post-Injection CareSeal holes with parafilm or natural wax to minimize infection and environmental stress.
Co-application OptionsCan be used with other BarIno™ formulations such as BarIno™ ResinRush™, BarIno™ BioFusion™, and BarIno™ AgarStart™ for enhanced synergistic effects.

5. Safety and Handling

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear gloves, goggles, and protective clothing when handling the product.
  • Avoid Contact: Do not allow the solution to come into contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with clean water.
