• Make yourself available in signing off the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporation documents.
• We are projecting to generate a total capital paid-up of Php 20 Million for the company to take-off from more or less Ten (20) investors with One Million (Php 1,000,000.00) investment each.
