Terms and Conditions:

  • Target of Incorporation: 2028 – 1st Quarter
  • Main Extraction Facility: Tanza, Cavite (Proximity to the International Port for exportation.)
  • Share Capital Timeline: Will start accepting Share Capital Contribution from October 1 until December 31, 2027 on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Payment Method: Please issue Manager’s Check/Cashiers’ Check payable to Crown Extraction Solutions Inc. together with your Tax Identification Number (TIN) Card and Identification Documents (ID).
  • Make yourself available in signing off the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporation documents.
  • We are projecting to generate a total capital paid-up of Php 10 Million for the purchase of Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) 2-Liter Laboratory Scale Machine from more or less Twenty (20) stockholders/incorporators with Five Hundred Thousand (Php 500,000.00) investment.
  • This will be a pioneering industry registration with Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Board of Investments (BOI).
