These plantations focus on high-value perfumery crops, propagated through advanced organogenesis protocols developed by Crown Organogenesis Protocols Inc. (COPI), ensuring efficient, sustainable, and high-quality plant production for both ecological restoration and commercial use.

  • Target of Incorporation: 2028 – 1st Quarter
  • Main Agroforestry Plantation: San Jose Buenavista, Antique (Region 6)
  • Share Capital Timeline: Will start accepting Share Capital Contribution from October 1 until December 31, 2027 on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Payment Method: Please issue Manager’s Check/Cashiers’ Check payable to Crown Agroforestry Plantations Inc. together with your Tax Identification Number (TIN) Card and Identification Documents (ID).
  • Make yourself available in signing off the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporation documents.
  • We are projecting to generate a total capital paid-up of Php 5Million for the company to take-off from more or less Twenty (20) stockholders/incorporators with Two Hundred Thousand (Php 250,000.00) investment each.
