It specializes in Supercritical CO₂ Extraction of essential oils from perfumery crop plantations managed by Crown Agroforestry Plantations Inc., ensuring high-purity, sustainable, and premium-quality extracts for the fragrance industry.
Supercritical fluid extraction is the cutting-edge technology for efficiently extracting pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical compounds, ensuring high purity, potency, and sustainability in the process.
Terms and Conditions:
- Target of Incorporation: 2028 – 1st Quarter
- Main Extraction Laboratory: Tanza, Cavite (Proximity to the International Port for exportation.)
- Brand Identity: “Nature’s Essence, Perfected”
- Share Capital Timeline: Will start accepting Share Capital Contribution from October 1 until December 31, 2027 on a first come, first served basis.
- Payment Method: Please issue Manager’s/Cashiers’ Check payable to Crown Extraction Solutions Inc. together with your Tax Identification Number (TIN) Card and Identification Documents (ID).
- Make yourself available in signing off the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporation documents.
- We are projecting to generate a total capital paid-up of Php 10 Million for the purchase of Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) 2-Liter Laboratory Scale Machine from more or less Twenty (20) stockholders/incorporators with Five Hundred Thousand (Php 500,000.00) investment.
- This will be a pioneering industry registration with Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Board of Investments (BOI).
- We can invite Foreign Investors interested on Agarwood business of up to 40% ownership based on the Corporation Law of the Philippines.
Business Activity: Our core business specializes in Supercritical CO₂ Extraction of perfumery crops, with a strong focus on exporting high-quality essential oils.
