These trees undergo professional cultivation, inoculation, and harvesting to produce high-value agarwood chips. Investors receive a share of the profits without any active involvement in farming or processing.

Lease Agreement & Tree Assignment

• Investors lease a set number of Aquilaria malaccensis trees from PUTZ AGARWOOD FARM CORPORATION / AETHERIAL NATURAL OILS CORP.
• The lease term is 10 years, covering the full cultivation & harvesting cycle
• Each tree is tagged with a unique ID (GPS), ensuring transparency & traceability

Agarwood Cultivation & Care

• Our team nurtures, monitors, and protects the trees
• Sustainable inoculation techniques are applied to induce resin formation
• Regular progress reports & tree growth updates are shared with investors

Harvesting & Agarwood Chips Production

• After 10 years, trees are harvested & processed for Agarwood chips.
• Agarwood Chips are sold to global perfumers & essential oil manufacturers and  luxury incense & wellness brands

Revenue Distribution

• Investors receive profit shares based on the volume & quality of Agarwood chips produced (Equivalent to 300% Including initial investment)
• Payouts are made either as annual dividends (if partial harvesting is done) or as lump-sum profits after full harvesting
