Members of AGAP are private corporations engaged in Agarwood farming.
Why join the Agarwood Growers Association of the Philippines, Incorporated (AGAP)?
Association selling is a sales strategy commonly used to close more deals. Simply put, association selling is a collaborative sales approach where two or more grower members work together to win business—rather than work those accounts on their own.
Association or team selling may be as simple as bringing on another grower member to address specific concerns a client may have (e.g., quality, manufacturing, customer service, or technical questions).
Other times, team selling is applied as a more comprehensive strategy to handle complex deals, buyers are looking for consistency in quality, quantity and sustainable supply through out the duration of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) which individual grower could hardly provide.
Another thing, support from the government normally is through the associations, federations and cooperatives. We envisioned Agarwood Industry to be in placed and be recognized by the government the soonest possible time.
