Preparation Method
Phase 1 – Water-Based Ingredients
- In a sterilized mixing bowl, combine Aloe Vera Juice and Honey Extract.
- Add Xanthan Gum (if using) and mix well to avoid clumping.
Phase 2 – Butter & Oil Melting
- In a separate heat-resistant container, melt Shea Butter, Mango Butter, Argan Oil, and Coconut Oil using a double boiler on low heat.
- Once fully melted, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Phase 3 – Emulsification
- Slowly add the BTMS-50 (Conditioning Emulsifier) to the melted oils, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
- Gradually mix the water phase (Aloe Vera & Honey) into the oil phase, whisking until emulsified.
Phase 4 – Active Ingredients & Preservation
- Stir in Frangipani Essential Oil, Champak Essential Oil, Hydrolyzed Silk Protein, and Provitamin B5 (Panthenol).
- Add Natural Preservative (Leucidal/Cosgard) and mix gently.
Phase 5 – Bottling & Storage
- Transfer into luxury frosted glass jars or eco-friendly PET containers.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
