Preparation Method
Phase 1 – Water Base Preparation
- In a sterilized mixing container, combine Aloe Vera Gel, Glycerin, and Distilled Water (or Floral Hydrosol).
- Stir gently until fully mixed.
Phase 2 – Oil Phase
- In a separate glass container, mix Agarwood Oil, Sandalwood Oil, Rosehip Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Squalane.
- Add Vitamin E and Gold Extract, stirring slowly.
Phase 3 – Emulsification
- Slowly add Polysorbate-20 to the oil phase and stir until fully blended.
- Gradually introduce the oil phase into the water base while continuously stirring.
- Use a low-speed homogenizer for 2-3 minutes to ensure a stable emulsion.
Phase 4 – Active Ingredients & Preservation
- Add Hyaluronic Acid and stir well to dissolve.
- Mix in Cosgard or Leucidal (preservative) to ensure shelf stability.
Final Adjustment & Packaging
- Check pH (Ideal: 5.5 – 6.0). Adjust with a few drops of lactic acid if necessary.
- Pour into 30ml frosted glass bottles using a sterilized dropper.
- Cap with a gold-plated dropper for a luxurious finish.
Storage & Shelf Life
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Shelf Life: Approx. 12-18 months with proper storage.
