Coop Wildlife Culture Permit (WCuP)

Registration of WCuP for individual small farmer member is a burden to achieved maximum potential of making money out of their grown Agarwood trees, to resolve this, we admonished members of the Agarwood Agriculture Cooperatives to become a contract grower of your coop to lessen the expenditures and the bureaucratic procedures or the hassle of investing discouraging you to invest. You will be sharing as an extension of the WCuP of main permit holder which is your coop.

This option is primarily beneficial to those still working abroad as Overseas Filipino workers (OFW).

Member who can afford maintaining a company, please register your own WCuP.

Notes on the Documentary Requirements:

  • Item no. 1 – Business Name Registration. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for One Person Corporation to less than Five incorporators or the regular 5 or more incorporators.
  • Item no. 2 – Board Resolution of your intention to apply for the WCuP.
  • Item no. 3 – 4 is part of Business Registration requisites.
  • Item no. 5 – DENR Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) Certificate of Non Coverage (CNC). Applicant has to submit TCT/Tax Dec together with Long Term Contract of Lease if applicable.
  • Item no. 6 – Site Development Plan has to be signed-off by Licensed/Registered Architect/Engineer.
  • Item no. 7 – Propagation Plan required a Nursery Design Lay-out..
  • Item no. 8 – Scientific Expertise required a Seminar/Training Certificate attended relevance to the matter.
  • Item no. 9 – Geotagging, use the prescribed geotagging app provided by the DENR.
  • Item no. 11 – Reporting to the DENR is done by the permit holder.
  • Item no. 14 – Allocation of Inoculant based on the actual purchase of one stock policy compliance of member.
  • Item no. 15. Included in the National Product Inventory List means harvest is part of National Federation Agarwood Inventory from every investor/member. Sure market for the product, Oud Chips.
