Preparation Method
Phase 1 – Butter & Oil Fusion
- In a double boiler, melt Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, and Mango Butter over low heat.
- Once melted, add Jojoba Oil and Sweet Almond Oil, stirring gently.
Phase 2 – Cooling & Whipping
- Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- If using beeswax, melt it separately and stir it in while still warm.
- Place the mixture in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until it starts to solidify but is not fully hard.
Phase 3 – Essential Oil & Preservation
- Once cooled, whip the mixture with a hand mixer or stand mixer until fluffy and creamy.
- Add Champak Essential Oil, Agarwood Essential Oil, and Vitamin E Oil while continuing to whip.
- If using a preservative (Leucidal/Cosgard), mix it in gently at the end.
Phase 4 – Final Texture Adjustment
- Stir in Arrowroot Powder to reduce greasiness and enhance skin absorption.
- Continue whipping until light, airy, and fully incorporated.
Phase 5 – Packaging & Storage
- Transfer into luxury frosted-glass jars with bamboo lids.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
