Primary Purpose
To develop, manufacture, and market herbal tea products, nutraceuticals, and apothecary goods derived from medicinal plants, and to establish wellness shops, cafés, and distribution channels that promote holistic health and sustainable agriculture; and to engage in related research, development, franchising, and training programs aligned with wellness and plant-based remedies.
Secondary Purposes
- To conduct research and development activities on medicinal plants, herbal teas, nutraceuticals, and natural wellness products, including ethnobotanical studies and traditional healing systems.
- To develop, process, and distribute natural wellness products such as dietary supplements, herbal extracts, apothecary preparations, and health beverages in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- To engage in the franchising, licensing, and operation of herbal tea shops, wellness cafés, and wellness-related retail outlets.
- To acquire, lease, or manage farms and plantations directly or through affiliated entities for the cultivation of herbal and medicinal plants.
- To engage in the export, import, and trading of raw and processed herbal products, subject to all necessary government permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
- To collaborate with academic institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and indigenous communities for the conservation, sustainable use, and commercialization of traditional medicinal knowledge and resources.
- To organize wellness programs, training workshops, seminars, and retreats for health and lifestyle education based on natural and plant-based therapies.
- To invest in or develop eco-friendly packaging, branding, and marketing strategies for local and international markets.
- To raise capital, borrow funds, or enter into joint ventures or strategic partnerships as may be necessary or incidental to the accomplishment of the primary purpose.
- To do all such acts and things, and to exercise such powers as may be necessary, suitable, or proper for the accomplishment of the foregoing purposes or which shall at any time appear conducive to or expedient for the protection or benefit of the corporation, provided that the corporation shall not engage in the business of investment securities or in the practice of professions regulated by law unless duly authorized.
