Month 0: Inoculation Phase

  • Drilling & Injection
    • 6–8 mm holes drilled in spiral or ring pattern (15–20 cm spacing).
    • 10–20 mL FusaBlaze™ injected per hole.
  • Initial Colonization Begins
    • F. oxysporum spores begin to colonize internal tissues around the inoculation point.

Month 1–2: Host-Microbe Interaction Phase

  • Endophytic Activity
    • Fungus grows within xylem and parenchyma tissue, releasing elicitor proteins and ligninolytic enzymes(peroxidases, cellulases, etc.).
